A jet ski bill of sale is a document given to the buyer of a personal watercraft to prove the sale occurred. The new owner can then use the bill of sale to register the jet ski with the DMV. The form must be completed with the buyer’s and seller’s information, the specifications of the personal watercraft (PWC), the sale price, and each party’s signature.
