Georgia 30/60-Day Notice to Quit | Lease Termination Letter
A Georgia lease termination letter is a notice form used to terminate a residential month-to-month rental agreement. This notice can be used by either the tenant or the landlord to end a tenancy without cause. The landlord is required to give the tenant 60 days’ notice to vacate the premises, whereas the tenant is only required to give the landlord 30 days’ notice.
