An Alabama motor vehicle power of attorney (Form MVT 5-13) appoints a representative to complete specific vehicle-related tasks on behalf of an owner or buyer. This form must accompany the appointee (“attorney-in-fact”) when they visit a Vehicle Licensing Office or in any other instance where they’re representing the legal owner/purchaser.
