How to Enroll in Direct Deposits

Bank of America clients can set up direct deposits by submitting the authorization (enrollment request) form to their employer’s payroll department. In the document, the employee must state their:

  • Full name, address, and phone number.
  • Employer’s name and address.
  • Account and routing numbers.
  • Account type.
