How to Use the Direct Deposit Form
Payees must download and fill out the BMO direct deposit form. The document comes pre-filled with the bank’s routing number, but an account number is needed to specify where funds should be deposited. BMO customers can find their account numbers here:
- Online banking
- Monthly bank statements
- Bottom of a check
After providing all necessary details, the payee should attach a voided check and submit the form to their employer or other company issuing direct deposits.
