Signing Requirements

Louisiana law does not specify signing requirements, but if a particular transaction requires notarization or witness signatures, a power of attorney authorizing that transaction must meet the same requirements.[1] To ensure its validity in all cases, the form should be signed by two witnesses and a notary public.
