Nevada General Power of Attorney Form

A Nevada general power of attorney is used to designate an agent to make decisions regarding another person’s financial affairs. The form allows the principal (the person assigning power) to define the actions their agent can and cannot perform. Sometimes, the agent’s authority is limited to a specific financial transaction, such as managing bill payments while the principal is unavailable.
