The seller should also state their expertise in contracting, engineering, and other areas that would enable them to accurately assess the property’s condition (if any).

The seller is not liable for any omissions or errors if they had no knowledge of the error. Therefore, prospective buyers are expected to do their due diligence and inspect the property themselves thoroughly.
