If you have not remedied the problem(s) and have not moved out by the date above, a lawsuit may be filed to evict you. If you remedy the problem(s) within fourteen (14) business days, you may stay. This notice is given pursuant to Delaware Code § 5513(a)(1). If the same problem occurs again within one (1) year, you may be given a notice to terminate the tenancy and you will NOT be given an opportunity to fix the problem.
