Nevada non-disclosure agreement is used to prohibit the unauthorized sharing of proprietary and confidential business information. A non-disclosure agreement, or “NDA,” is often used at the start of a business relationship, such as an employment term, a partnership, or a contract with a client in order to protect the company’s trade secrets.

Breach of NDA

If there is a breach of a written contract, Nevada law grants the injured party up to three years take legal action.[1]

A misappropriation lawsuit must be filed within three years after the misappropriation of trade secrets was discovered, or reasonably should have been discovered.[2]
