A Georgia general bill of sale is a proof of purchase document for the private sale of personal property, such as furniture, antiques, jewelry, clothing, and electronic devices. The completed form will include a description of the item being sold, the transaction date, and the price paid. The buyer and the seller will both need to provide their contact information and signatures. By signing the document, both parties acknowledge that the seller was paid in full for the item and its ownership was transferred to the buyer.
