BECU Direct Deposit Authorization Form

A BECU direct deposit authorization form is a document used by members of the BECU credit union to sign up for automatic paycheck deposits with their employers. It enables employers to transfer funds directly into a member’s bank account, offering a more secure and convenient alternative to physical paychecks.
Requirements for Direct Deposits
- BECU members must fill out a direct deposit authorization form with the following:
- Member’s name and address
- BECU’s routing number: 325081403
- 10-digit checking or savings account number
- Type of account receiving funds
- Employer’s name
- Dated signature
- The completed authorization form must be sent to the employer. A voided check should be attached if requested by the employer.
