Florida Subcontractor Agreement

Click to fill, edit and sign this form now! Fill Now

The Florida subcontractor agreement is used when a general contractor (or another subcontractor) requires assistance from another contractor to complete a large job for their client. The agreement details the services the subcontractor will be required to perform, the completion deadline (if any), payment terms, and how disputes will be handled should they occur.

The subcontractor will have the freedom to complete the work in the manner they see fit, as long as it adheres to industry standards and the client’s expectations as agreed upon by the general contractor.
