An Iowa subcontractor agreement is a contract between the general contractor of a project and the person/company (the “subcontractor”) hired to complete a portion of the work. The completed document sets out the services that the subcontractor will need to provide, the amount and schedule of their payment, liability insurance requirements (if applicable), and the timeframe of their contract.
