The Wyoming lease termination letter is a notice drafted by either a landlord or a tenant in a periodic month-to-month tenancy to inform the other party that they intend to terminate the lease in the amount of time indicated therein. There are no state statutes that define a notice period by which either party must abide before terminating the tenancy. However, the national standard is at least the length of a rental period, which in this case would be one (1) month.
