An Oklahoma non-disclosure agreement is designed to prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.  An NDA is generally categorized as either a “unilateral” or “mutual” agreement. Under a unilateral NDA, only a single party is contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality, whereas a mutual NDA prohibits both parties from disclosing the information.
