An Arkansas motor vehicle power of attorney allows vehicle transactions to be performed by a person other than the vehicle owner or buyer. It delegates tasks such as applying for and receiving a duplicate or replacement title. Once signed by the grantor, the agent can present the form to the proper authorities upon request.
