An Arkansas motor vehicle power of attorney is used to allow vehicle title transactions to be carried out by an individual other than the vehicle owner. The powers granted in this form are limited to applying for and receiving a duplicate or replacement title on behalf of the vehicle owner. This form can be employed for a single vehicle or all vehicles owned by a company. However, if an individual requires power of attorney for multiple vehicles, each vehicle will require a separate form. It is important to note that an Arkansas motor vehicle power of attorney must be completed by the individual granting the power of attorney and submitted to the State by the individual exercising the power of attorney.
