A Tennessee tax power of attorney (Form RV-F0103801) designates a representative who will be given the power to act as a taxpayer’s attorney-in-fact before the Tennessee Department of Revenue. The representative will be authorized to receive confidential tax information and act on the taxpayer’s behalf regarding all tax matters relayed in the power of attorney document (individual income, corporate, sales and use, franchise, excise, etc.).
