Application Fee – No statute.
Pet Deposit – No statutory limit, but must be “reasonable.”[2]
Security Deposit – 1.5 months’ rent for month-to-month leases, 2 months’ rent for longer tenancies.[3]
Landlords that charge a security deposit must provide the tenant with the name and address of the institution where the deposit is held, or the name of the insurance company that provided the bond.[1]
