The Nebraska residential rental application is a document that allows landlords and property managers to determine the financial dependability of potential tenants. Individuals who are interested in renting a landlord’s property will be required to fill out the form with their personal information, current employer, income, and rental history. The applicant will also need to declare any co-tenants, pets, and vehicles. The landlord will often require an application fee as well as the individual’s signed approval to a credit report and background check. If the applicant’s profile meets the landlord’s requirements, their tenancy may be approved.
