A realtor lease agreement is a fillable document created by a state’s Association of Realtors that sets out the terms and conditions for the landlord of a residential property and the tenant(s) living within it. The document is used for leasing on a fixed-term basis, which means both the beginning and end dates are set once the agreement is signed.

Because the documents are drafted by an official organization, they comply with all state and federal landlord-tenant laws and include the necessary disclosures. It is often noted in these Realtor agreements that it must be completed by an active member of that state’s Association of Realtors.
