A North Dakota property disclosure statement is completed by the seller of a residential property and provides information regarding its condition to each prospective buyer. This form is required by North Dakota law and must relay the necessary information concerning the property’s water supply, sewage system, structure, plumbing, and zoning laws. It is important that sellers fill this form out carefully and accurately; however, it is also the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the property thoroughly prior to purchasing.
Laws – § 47-10-02.1
Purchase Agreement – A potential property buyer may use this form to submit a bid to the seller. If the seller agrees to the terms, both parties sign the document and ownership of the property is transferred.
