Colorado Notice of No-Fault Eviction (Form JDF 99 C)

The Colorado notice of no-fault eviction is delivered to a tenant when the landlord wishes to terminate the tenant’s tenancy for a reason outside the tenant’s control. The tenant has 90 days from the notice service date to move out. If the tenant doesn’t move out, the landlord is within their right to start an eviction suit.
