Kansas Concealed Carry
Individuals may concealed carry without a permit. A Concealed Carry Handguns License (CCHL) is available to residents 21 and over and allows them to carry a concealed weapon in many other states.
To apply, one must bring the following to the sheriff’s office in their county[2]:
- Certification to show proof of training (provided by an OAG-certified trainer)
- Completed Kansas Application for Concealed Carry Handgun License
- Photograph of the applicant
- Payment for the application fee
