Montana Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form MV65)

A Montana motor vehicle power of attorney form (Form MV65) authorizes a representative to apply for title and registration for a vehicle on behalf of a buyer or owner. The representative, referred to as the “attorney-in-fact,” is limited to executing documents and performing the acts authorized in the power of attorney regarding the vehicle for which it was created.
