Wyoming Durable Power of Attorney Form

A Wyoming durable power of attorney is a document an individual uses to grant authority to an attorney-in-fact to handle a portion or all of their financial affairs. The form will indicate what powers agent will be granted and in what circumstances they will be activated. The durable nature of this document means it remains in effect even if the drafting individual becomes incapacitated.
Signing Requirements
The Wyoming durable power of attorney must be signed by the principal or another party under the principal’s direction. It must also be notarized.[1]
