The Wyoming durable power of attorney must be signed by the principal or another party under the principal’s conscious direction.[1] Though not required, notarization is strongly recommended to confirm the signature’s authenticity.
“Durable,” with respect to a power of attorney, means not terminated by the principal’s incapacity.[2]
