The Wyoming property disclosure statement is a form that property owners complete to disclose any known property damage, defects, zoning violations, and health hazards to prospective buyers. However, this is not a form required by law, as Wyoming is a caveat emptor state (i.e., “buyer beware”). While not mandatory, completing this form can help form a bond of trust between the seller and the buyer.
