A New Hampshire property management agreement is a contract between a real estate owner and an individual or company hired to manage their property. Among other important terms, the contract explains what duties the manager will carry out for the owner, how they’ll be paid for each service they provide, and how long the agreement will last. Clarifying this information in a written contract helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that the owner and property manager know their obligations and liabilities.
