DNR orders and the South Dakota MOST form must be signed by the medical provider and the patient.[1]
South Dakota also acknowledges Comfort One, a document and a special bracelet that indicates the patient does not want CPR, breathing tubes, shocks, or other life-sustaining measures from emergency personnel.[2]
