Illegal Activity – This notice can only be served on tenants who have been charged with or arrested for a criminal offense resulting in the threat of danger.
The criminal act must fall into one of the following categories[2]:
- Criminal production or manufacturing of prohibited drugs
- Unlawful operation of a clandestine laboratory
- Gang-related activity
- Unlawful possession of an explosive, firearm, or hazardous/toxic substance
- Any other legally prohibited activity

You have received this notice letter because you have been arrested for or charged with a criminal offense that creates a reasonable potential of damage to the rental or injury to neighbors, in violation of Section 70-24-321(3), MCA. The criminal offense is:

☐ – Operation of an unlawful clandestine laboratory, as prohibited by § 45-9-132, MCA.
☐ – Gang-related activities, as prohibited by § 45-8-401 et seq, MCA.
☐ – Unlawful possession of a firearm, explosive, or hazardous or toxic substance.
