Illegal Activity – This notice can only be served on tenants who have been charged with or arrested for a criminal offense resulting in the threat of danger.
The criminal act must fall into one of the following categories[1]:
- Criminal production or manufacturing of prohibited drugs
- Unlawful operation of a clandestine laboratory
- Gang-related activity
- Unlawful possession of an explosive, firearm, or hazardous/toxic substance
- Any other legally prohibited activity

☐ – Operation of an unlawful clandestine laboratory, as prohibited by § 45-9-132, MCA.
