Breach of NDA
Parties who violate an NDA may face legal consequences. Under Maine law, a party may take legal action within four years from the date that an NDA breach is found.[1]

- The information holds economic value by not being widely known or easily reproduced.
- The information owner is protecting its confidentiality.
