An Oklahoma motor vehicle power of attorney is a document that authorizes an individual (agent) to perform titling, registration, and other vehicle-related assignments on behalf of another person (principal). The form, which may only be applied to one (1) vehicle, must include a description of the vehicle as well as the VIN number and odometer reading. The agent named in the vehicle power of attorney does not have the authority to act on behalf of the principal in any other matters.
