Privacy

The most important aspect of a release form is ensuring the child’s privacy by outlining to the parents the intended use. A daycare may use photographs of children under their care for the following reasons:

  • Keep track of progress
  • Document activities
  • Classroom photo albums
  • School newsletter, website, or social media
  • Promotion of childcare services

The parents can then choose which permissions they are comfortable authorizing.

I understand and agree that I can revoke this release at any time by notifying the daycare in writing and that revocation will not affect any actions taken before the receipt of this written notification.
