An Alabama roommate agreement is used for establishing rules and responsibilities between individuals who share the same rented space. Any type of rented space that has more than one (1) occupant, be it an apartment, condominium, or home, can benefit from a roommate contract. By completing the form, roommates can agree on terms regarding cleaning, splitting bills, guests, personal belongings, and any other subject that they deem necessary. Once the form is signed by all parties, they will be responsible for abiding by the rules contained within it.
