Amending a Sublease
Any amendments to a sublease must comply with the original lease between the sublessor and landlord. It is recommended to review the main lease or to contact the landlord to ensure the amended terms do not conflict with the main lease.

SUBLEASE AMENDMENT
1. THE PARTIES. This Sublease Amendment (“Amendment”) made this [MM/DD/YYYY], is by and between:
Sublessor: [SUBLESSOR’S NAME] (“Sublessor”).
Sublessee: [SUBLESSEE’S NAME] (“Sublessee”).
Sublessor and Sublessee are each referred to as a “Party” and, jointly, as the “Parties.”
2. EXISTING LEASE. The Parties agree to amend a sublease signed by both the Sublessor and Sublessee on [MM/DD/YYYY], (“Existing Sublease”) for the property located at [PROPERTY ADDRESS] (“Property”).
3. AMENDMENTS. The terms of the Existing Sublease are amended as follows:

All other portions of the terms and conditions of the Existing Sublease shall remain in full force and effect.
