An Arkansas rental application is a form used by landlords to assess the eligibility of potential tenants before renting out residential property. Landlords will require all applicants to fill out one of these forms and may charge a fee for the application. These fees will be put towards performing the background checks, which will let the landlord know the applicant’s credit history, criminal record, and other pertinent information. The application form also asks for each potential tenant’s rental history, employment information, income, and references.
