An Arizona commercial lease agreement is used to define the terms of a rental transaction by which a landlord leases an office, retail, industrial, or other non-residential property to a tenant. Commercial tenants will be required to pay monthly rent to the landlord, the amount of which will usually be determined by the usable square footage (SF) of the property. The lease may include a provision for renewal that permits the tenant to extend the agreement for an additional term. If an extension is required, the tenant shall notify the landlord of their intention to renew prior to the expiration of the initial term.
Lease Application – Allows landlords to verify the credentials of lease applicants by reviewing their financial and rental history.
