Arizona Sublease Agreement Form

An Arizona sublease agreement allows a tenant under a lease with a landlord to rent all or a portion of said property to someone else (subtenant). The original tenant (sublessor) must obtain permission from the landlord before subleasing any part of the rental unit. If the landlord consents, a tenant will present the subtenant with a sublease agreement and agree to terms.

Violation by Subtenant – If a subtenant violates the master lease, the landlord is permitted to have a ‘like’ lien against the tenant.[1]

Mobile Homes – A tenant can sublet with permission from park management. There is no law or legal requirement requiring to allow a tenant to sublet their mobile home.[2]
