A Michigan commercial lease agreement is a legal contract entered into by two (2) parties, a landlord and tenant, for the purposes of outlining a commercial property rental arrangement between them. Whether the business is a store, restaurant, factory, or firm, the tenant will want to inspect the premises to ensure it suits their needs. All terms and conditions should be understood and accepted by the landlord and tenant before the agreement becomes legally binding.

Lease Application – Once completed by an applicant, the landlord will review all the information on the form to determine the applicant’s suitability for tenancy. This form also gives the landlord permission to perform certain background checks on the potential tenant.
