An Idaho notice to enter is used by a landlord to let their tenant know they’ll be entering the rental unit in the near future. It communicates the purpose of the visit and when the tenant can expect the landlord to arrive. The notice is commonly delivered when a landlord needs to conduct repairs to the property, perform an inspection, or to show the premises to prospective tenants or buyers.
Access to Manufactured Homes (§ 55-2007(e)) – Landlords may enter the lot of a manufactured home with the tenant’s consent for maintenance or inspection. However, consent is not required if the home appears abandoned or in the case of an emergency (§ 55-2007(e)).
