A Wyoming roommate agreement defines the terms and conditions by which roommates who share a residential rental unit must abide. Each roommate will have certain rights, duties, and obligations that they must uphold or risk being removed from the agreement and the rental property altogether.
Most disputes will have to be resolved by the roommates themselves, as the landlord is not responsible for the governance of the roommate agreement. To ensure all roommates benefit from the living situation, the rent payments, security deposits, utility costs, and any other fees should be split in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, all cleaning duties and other household tasks can be divided amongst the parties.
