An Oklahoma property disclosure statement is a form that provides to prospective buyers detailed information regarding a residential property’s current state and condition. It describes the location of the property, any alterations and repairs previously done, environmental details, what items are included with the property, and their working order. Prospective buyers are encouraged to have their own inspections done and survey the property thoroughly prior to purchase.
If the seller has never lived on the property and has no knowledge of any defects, they must complete a Property Condition Disclaimer Statement in lieu of the disclosure statement.
Laws – § 60-833(1) and § 60-833(2)
Purchase Agreement – Prospective buyers may use this form to submit an official bid on a seller’s residential property.
