Incurable Violations

Landlords can terminate a tenancy immediately if the tenant has committed any of the following offenses[1]:

  • Caused or threatened to cause damage to a person.
  • Violated building or housing laws that affected health and safety.
  • Wilfully destroyed, defaced, damaged, impaired, or removed the rental property or allowed another person to do the same.
