- Common Interest Community (PDF) – A written disclosure must be provided to tenants if the rental property is in a common interest community.[1]
- Fire Sprinkler System – If the rental building has a fire sprinkler system, the tenant must be notified that the system is in place and the date of the last inspection.[2]
- Landlord Identity – The tenant must be given the name and address of the property manager and the person authorized to receive notices.[3]
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – If the rental property was built on or prior to 1978, the tenant must be given this disclosure form.[4]
