Month-to-Month Laws
- Termination Notice – A 21-day notice must be given to terminate a month-to-month tenancy.[1]
- Rent Increase Notice – While no specific legislation addresses rent increase notices, tenants are often given at least a month’s notice. Landlords may not increase rent more than once every 12 months.[2]
Required Disclosures (1)
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – If the property was built before 1978, the landlord must give this form to the tenant to disclose their knowledge of lead paint on the premises.[3]
