- Termination Notice – The landlord or the tenant can end the tenancy by giving the other a written notice at least 30 days before the upcoming rental period.[1]
- Rent Increase Notice – Landlords are required to provide a 30-day notice before implementing a rent increase.[2]
Required Disclosures (2)
- Identity of Landlord/Agent – The names and addresses of the landlord and the landlord’s agent, if any, must be stated in the lease agreement.[3]
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – This lead-paint disclosure is required if the leased property was constructed prior to 1978.[4]
