- Termination Notice – A 30-day notice must be given to end the agreement.[1]
- Rent Increase Notice – There is no separate rent-increase notice requirement.
Required Disclosures (3)
- Landlord Information – Tenants must receive the names and addresses of the property manager and the owner (or their authorized representative).[2]
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – A lead-based paint disclosure must be provided by owners of buildings constructed prior to 1978.[3]
- Showings – The lease agreement must indicate the landlord’s right of access if they wish to show the unit to others during the tenant’s occupancy.[4]
