Nebraska Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney – This legal document permits a representative to register, buy, or sell a vehicle on behalf of the owner.
2. Submit Registration PaperworkOnce the required paperwork is ready for submission, the owner must mail or personally deliver their filings to a County Treasurer’s office and supply payment for the following: Individuals who register by mail should contact the local County Treasurer’s office to learn about the accepted payment methods. 3. Obtain Proof of RegistrationAfter completing the steps above, the County Treasurer’s office will transfer the title to the new owner and provide them with license plates, a registration certificate, and validation tabs for the vehicle.
